- e-BE Form must be submitted within the stipulated period (not a late submission).
- e-Application for Amended BE can be submitted once only, within a year of assessment.
- Supporting documents should be uploaded using the format required in the column provided.

Key in IC number and Password
Select E-Hasil Services -> E-Filing
E-Application for Amended BE
Choose Year of Assessment: 2020
Make the necessary amendment / update
Attach supporting document on the amendment requested
Akuan (Declaration)
Signatory & Submission
Key in
- IC Number
- Password
as signatory for submission
Acknowledgement Receipt of Submission
Reminder:
- Cetak Slip as proof of submission
