What is TP3 Form ?
- TP3 is a form of payroll information related to employment with previous employer in current year.
Why Need to fill-In TP3?
- Malaysia personal income tax is based on current year annual income. TP3 information is important to ensure accuracy of PCB calculation.
Who should fill in the form?
- It is compulsory for newly hired employees to notify their new employer of any previous employment income (with past employers) in the current year.
- Fresh graduates and new hires without previous income in current year do not need to fill in TP3 form.
Important Note:
- TP3 form is merely base on declaration by employee. No verification of information is required.
- Employee do not need to submit any supporting document such as payslips or receipts.
- Employer have to safe keep TP3 form up to 7 years for audit purpose.
