i-Akaun’s member is able to submit other withdrawal facilities’ application online through kwsp.gov.my/en/member/withdrawals
Concept of Janji Temu Online
- a platform for EPF members to schedule an appointment for all counter transactions with the EPF at a date and time chosen by members
Estimated Withdrawal Amount for Ages 50, 55, 60 and More Than 1 Million Savings Withdrawals
- Members are required to enter the intended amount for withdrawal when setting an appointment via Janji Temu Online for Ages 50, 55, 60, and More Than 1 Million Savings Withdrawals application
Set an Appointment Via Janji Temu Online
- EPF Members may set an appointment on Janji Temu Online:
- as early as 30 calendar days
- up to 1 hour before the appointment time
*subject to availability of the time slot selected
Number of Members In One Appointment
- Only one member is allowed to transact in one appointment
Members’ families cannot use the same appointment with the member, and they must make separate appointments
Confirmation of Appointment
- Confirmation notice will be sent out via email and SMS once members have secured an appointment via Janji Temu Online
Visiting EPF Branches on Appointment Day
- Members are advised to be present at least 10 minutes prior to their appointments
- Members are required to follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) and check in via MySejahtera app before entering our premises
Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment
- Appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 2 hours before the arranged time slot through the link provided in the confirmation notice
Late or Absent for an Appointment
- The appointment will be cancelled if members fail to be present at the reserved time slot
- Members will be required to apply again via Janji Temu Online
