Do you have foreign workers in your company?
Then you have to know this!
Modifications have been made to Section 60K, which deals with hiring foreign workers. In the past, companies that hire foreign workers were required to notify the Director-General of any new foreign hires and provide information within ππ πππ²π¬ π¨π ππ‘π ππ¦π©π₯π¨π²ππ’π¬ π¬πππ«π ππππ.
However, as of the 2022 modification, employers must now request the Director-prior General’s consent ππππ¨π«π hire foreign workers. Employers must also give the Director-General ππ πππ²π¬’ π§π¨ππ’ππ if/when they ππ’π«π foreign workers.
