Hi HR/Payroll/Account Buddy,

1st quarter of 2021 will be our busy months to process and complete gazette tax filing.

We hereby attached 2021 LHDN Filing Program for your reference.

Submission Due Date

• Borang C.P.8A / C.P.8C (EA / EC) - to all employees on or before 28 February 2021
• Individual BE form(without business source) - on or before 30 April 2021
• Individual B form (with business source) - on or before 30 June 2021
• Borang E dan C.P.8D – on or before 31 March 2021

Extension of Submission Due Date

(Only applicable for online e-filing)

• e-Filing Borang BE 15 days (15 May 2021)
• e-Filing Borang B 15 days (15 July 2021)
• e-Filing Borang E 1 month (30 April 2021)

Method for submission of Borang E & CP8D

• Online E-Filing
• E-Data Praisi on or before 25 February 2021
• Compact Disc (CD) / Pen Drive USB / External Hardisk
