Employment (Amendment) Act 2022

Check out the latest update on the “Employment (Amendment) Act 2022” and “Employment (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2022”
These amendments will come into effect on 1st September 2022.
What are the key amendments included:
👉The Employment Act 1955 will now cover "any person who has entered into a contract of service".
👉Maternity leave increases to 98 days
