Malaysia's Government has announced to 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐰𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐌𝟏,𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 and it will be implemented nationwide for certain companies effective 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏, according to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
Malaysia’s Minimum Wages Order 2022 has been gazetted and provides:
Monthly minimum wage at RM1,500 starting 1 May 2022 Employers with less than 5 employees are exempted until 𝟏 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 Employers carrying out professional activities are 𝐍𝐎𝐓 exempted even if they have less than 5 employeesFor more information and resources, kindly visit:
